Entire song is a four bar progression with E  A  D  E, each in open
position.   The strumming pattern accentuates the root note for the
first two beats of the bar, then the higher pitched strings ring in
the final two beats.

The last bar in each stanza is a single strum of the chord from root
to the first string.
